Great to meet you!

I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and develop practical tools to help you heal, grow, and move forward with confidence.

My journey into the mental health field has been shaped by a consistent desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. I began my career working with juvenile offenders and their families, expanded into community non-profit organizations, and now I have the privilege of working with military members and their families.

My approach to therapy

Using a flexible and collaborative approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I meet you where you are and work at your pace to help you reach your personal goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to feel comfortable in the space; the start of a partnership. We’ll start by talking about what brought you to therapy and what your goals are. You will also be welcome to ask questions about how I work, what therapy looks like, and anything else on your mind.
