Great to meet you!

Some experiences change the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.

Whether you're grieving a loss, recovering from trauma, navigating a mental health challenge, or trying to regain your footing after a difficult season of life, it's easy to feel overwhelmed by emotions that seem impossible to untangle on your own.

I'm Michelle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults facing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, trauma, PTSD, and major life challenges. Through my experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as crisis intervention work, I've had the privilege of helping people navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives. One thing I've learned is that healing rarely happens all at once—it happens one step, one conversation, and one breakthrough at a time.

My goal is to provide a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe the foundation of meaningful therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship. Healing happens when people feel safe enough to be honest about their struggles and supported enough to begin making changes.

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapies, including CBT, ACT, DBT, CPT, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-focused approaches, allowing us to create a treatment plan that fits your specific experiences rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all model.

Together, we'll explore what has brought you to therapy, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to have the perfect words or a clear roadmap before starting therapy.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed by change, or uncertain about how to move forward after a painful experience. Our work together will focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where you can process difficult emotions, gain insight into your experiences, and build the skills needed to move toward healing.

Over time, clients often develop greater emotional stability, healthier coping strategies, stronger self-awareness, and a renewed sense of hope for the future. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you recognize strengths you may have forgotten you possess and supporting you as you create meaningful change in your life.

If you're carrying the weight of grief, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or a significant life transition, you don't have to navigate it alone. Healing isn't about forgetting what you've been through—it's about learning how to move forward while honoring your experiences. I would be honored to support you on that journey.
