Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over eight years of experience supporting individuals and families in community-based and telehealth settings. I bring a down-to-earth, practical approach to therapy, helping children, adolescents, adults, and families build real-life skills to manage stress, anxiety, and life transitions. My work is collaborative and supportive, focused on meeting people where they are and offering tools they can actually use to feel more confident, grounded, and connected.

My approach to therapy

take a collaborative, practical approach to therapy that is supportive, straightforward, and tailored to each client. My work focuses on building skills for emotional regulation, coping with stress and anxiety, and navigating life transitions using CBT and other evidence-based interventions that fit each person’s needs.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, with a strong focus on real-life application. Sessions are structured but flexible, blending skill-building with reflection, and always paced to feel manageable, respectful, and grounded in what matters most to the client.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to feel welcoming, collaborative, and low pressure. We’ll spend time getting to know what’s bringing you in, what’s been most challenging, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. Together, we’ll identify initial goals and begin shaping a plan that fits your needs, pace, and priorities.

I focus on creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being honest and asking questions. Many clients leave the first session with a clearer sense of direction and one or two practical tools they can start using right away.
