Great to meet you!

People are my passion! I genuinely love to help others and strive to create a safe space where they can self-reflect, explore their inner workings, and find ways to move through barriers.

My interest in people and ability to work well with them led me to pursue a Master of Social Work at Rutgers University. Go Scarlet Knights!

I help folks with a variety of issues but specialize in anxiety and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. I strive to bring empathy, compassion, collaboration, and humor to sessions. I use a wide variety of therapy modalities and tailor my approach to each individual in order to incorporate their unique strengths and struggles. I believe my role is to support, guide, foster resilience, and help clients develop the tools they need to thrive.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, clients can:

Experience a warm, calming environment where they can hopefully feel safe to be themselves.

Feel heard and understood.
