Great to meet you!

I bring an energetic and positive presence into my work, creating a space where you can feel supported and motivated. I have a diverse background, which helps me connect with clients from a variety of experiences and perspectives. Outside of therapy, I value staying active and spending time outdoors, and I believe in the importance of finding joy in the small things. I work to help you build more of that balance, positivity, and fulfillment in your own life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is solution-focused and strength-based, meaning we’ll work together to build on what’s already working in your life. I believe you are the expert in your own experience, and my role is to support you in strengthening positive patterns and navigating challenges. Using approaches like CBT and DBT, I meet you where you are and help you develop practical tools to manage anxiety, depression, and everyday stress in a safe, supportive space.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a direct and supportive conversation focused on understanding your goals and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. We’ll talk through what brought you in, any challenges you’re facing, and what progress would look like for you. Together, we’ll begin creating a personalized plan that feels aligned with your needs and gives you a clear path forward. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and more confident about next steps.
