Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor specializing in addiction and trauma, I believe that addressing the root cause of pain is essential to foster healing and growth. My journey from personal therapy experiences to becoming a counselor has shaped my compassionate, strength-based approach.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I began counseling in 2017 and have experience working in community clinics as well as the Veterans Health Administration. I integrate positive psychology, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and somatic interventions to create a holistic healing experience tailored to each client’s unique needs. In my free time, you might find me on my yoga mat or exploring nature trails, practices that inform my holistic approach to mental health and well-being.

What you can expect from our first session

It is important to find a therapist with whom you feel safe, comfortable and able to communicate openly. Once we decide to work together, I’ll have the opportunity to learn more about you and help you identify what you would like to achieve from therapy. From there, we will collaborate to start working toward, and achieving those goals!
