Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes healing happens in the context of safe, supportive relationships. I work collaboratively with clients to explore challenges, understand patterns, and create meaningful change. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, respected, and free to be honest about your experiences. Together, we focus on building insight, resilience, and healthier connections with yourself and others.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. My approach incorporates humor and gentle challenges to help clients look at their thoughts and patterns in new ways, often creating the insight needed for meaningful change. Growth can be uncomfortable, but it can also be human, honest, and sometimes even a little funny.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we take things at your pace. I use a blend of gentle humor and supportive reflection to help you explore your feelings, gain insight, and set goals. By the end of our first session, my hope is for you to have a clearer sense of direction and a trusting foundation for our work together.
