Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over six years of experience working with adults. As a Neurodivergent therapist, I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent adults and those navigating chronic illness or disability, anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions. My approach is affirming, collaborative, and down-to-earth, with room for humor alongside the hard stuff. I tailor therapy to the individual, drawing from CBT, ACT, and DBT.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you. I use approaches including CBT, ACT, and DBT, but I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll find practical strategies that work with your strengths, needs, and real life. I bring a gentle, affirming, and creative approach while still making space for the difficult stuff.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll explore what you’re currently experiencing, what you hope to get from therapy, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. I take a gentle, collaborative approach and want you to feel comfortable being yourself without pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and what kind of support feels most helpful for you.
