Michelle Volpe

Hi! My name is Michelle and I am a Creative Arts Therapist. I utilize all different modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, person centered therapy and DBT skills in my counseling sessions but specialize in art therapy. I have been working in the field of mental health for 10 years now. I specialize in working with children, teens and adults with anxiety, depression, ODD, ADHD, bipolar and much more.

My approach is hands on with art therapy or meditation to help with relaxation. Do you like to paint, draw, color, or build crafts? My sessions are like this every time! I can offer a multitude of coping skills to help adapt to mental health concerns. I incorporate family therapy as needed to help stabilize household by learning CBT skills.
