Hello, My name is Michelle Wapnick and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with patients struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and body-image issues, eating disorders, ADHD and executive functioning concerns, interpersonal struggles, and life-transitions. I have a special affinity for those dealing with with chronic illnesses or health-related concerns for themselves or loved ones.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with young adults dealing with life transitions, mood-related concerns, and self-esteem issues. I also enjoy working with individuals struggling with relationship and work/life balance concerns. My integrative approach combines Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
