Great to meet you!

Welcome to my practice. I believe healing begins with feeling deeply understood, and I’m committed to offering a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I bring five years of experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and their families, four years working with youth and families affected by human trafficking, and additional experience serving children, Veterans, and individuals experiencing homelessness. I approach our work with compassion, curiosity, and genuine respect for your unique story. My intention is to walk alongside you as we explore what healing, growth, and clarity can look like for you.

My approach to therapy

My style is compassionate, trauma‐informed, and centered on creating a safe space for you to explore your experiences. I use evidence‐based approaches and adapt each session to your needs. I support clients working through anxiety, stress, life changes, and the impact of past trauma.

What you can expect from me

A first counseling session is a chance to slow down and breathe. Clients can expect a welcoming space where they’re invited to share what feels comfortable, without pressure or judgment. The focus is simply on understanding their story and beginning to build a connection that feels safe and supportive.
