Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 11 years of experience supporting clients through a variety of challenges, including 8 years as a licensed clinician. I have worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, relationship challenges, and life transitions using evidence-based approaches, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should focus on the whole person, recognizing that every individual's experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and empowering-I see you as the expert on your own life, and together we'll build on your strengths while exploring new perspectives and skills. I'll support you while also encouraging you to step outside of patterns that may no longer serve you, helping you build resilience and make meaningful progress towards your goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, welcoming environment. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your strengths, and discuss the challenges you're currently facing. Together, we'll identify goals for therapy and begin creating a plan that feels meaningful and personalized to your needs. My hope is that you'll leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work we'll do together.
