Great to meet you!

I am a Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor and licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with several years of training in healthcare and mental health counseling. I specialize in relationship issues, depression, anxiety, child and teen issues, Christian counseling, and substance abuse.

My approach to therapy

As a counselor, I believe that when treating clients everyone has a story that needs to be told. Proverbs 19:20 states, "Listen to advice and accept instruction, that you may gain wisdom in the future". I focus on allowing the client to freely express their story so that I may hear the whole matter and seek understanding that I am better to aid in their journey back to life.

What you can expect from me

My clients are greeted and treated professionally, at the same time, they are made comfortable to speak freely about their problems. Session one gives the client the opportunity to tell their story. This is a challenging process for many who have experienced trauma; however, our goal is to help the client leave with a sense of hope, openness, and willingness to find peace and healing.
