Great to meet you!

I earned my Master's Degree in Counseling from Northeastern University and have been helping individuals and families create meaningful, lasting changes in their lives for more than 20 years. My approach combines Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness and evidenced based therapeutic techniques to help clients build resilience, strengthen relationships and improve emotional well-being. I have extensive experience assisting clients suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions and relationship challenges. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood and empowered to develop insight and skills needed to navigate life's difficulties, achieve personal growth and make positive changes in their lives. I am committed to helping you move forward with greater clarity, confidence and balance.

My approach to therapy

Life inevitably brings challenges that can feel overwhelming or difficult to navigate. At times,

these experiences may lead to anxiety, depression, confusion, or other difficulties that interfere

with daily functioning and limit one’s sense of potential.

Therapy offers a supportive and structured space to explore these challenges openly and without judgment. Through this process, clients can gain clarity, reconnect with their sense of self, and develop healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and responding to life’s stressors.

My goal is to help individuals not only work through current concerns, but also build lasting skills that support resilience, emotional balance, and greater confidence in managing future challenges.

What you can expect from me

Therapy provides a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you can openly explore the challenges you’re facing. My role is to listen with care, help you gain clarity, and work with you to identify practical solutions and meaningful next steps at a pace that feels right for you.

If you’re ready to begin or would like to schedule an appointment, please feel free to call me directly at (508)534-8088. I look forward to connecting with you.
