Great to meet you!

I create a welcoming and supportive space where clients can share their life stories and bring their full, authentic selves. Through this process, clients are invited to grow into a deeper and more personal sense of wellness. Feeling truly seen and heard is, in itself, a powerful path toward healing. I partner with clients as they gain insight into how their thoughts, beliefs, past experiences, behaviors, and relationships continue to shape their present lives.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, schema therapy, mindfulness practices, family systems, and exposure and response prevention (ERP). I specialize in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and utilize ERP as a core component of care, thoughtfully tailoring interventions to meet each client’s unique needs.

If you are seeking a nonjudgmental, empathetic, and authentic therapist who will walk alongside you in your healing process, I encourage you to reach out.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a thoughtful and gently paced biopsychosocial assessment and exploration. This initial meeting is also an important opportunity to begin establishing a foundation of trust and safety within the therapeutic relationship. Creating this sense of connection and security is central to the healing process and serves as a cornerstone for meaningful change and growth.
