Great to meet you!

I am passionate about mental health. I enjoy finding creative ways to improve mental wellness that align with your vision of treatment. My background is working in a pediatric hospital for 18 years which helps me to be patient, supportive, and open-minded. I graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2023 with my Masters in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing.

My approach to therapy

I will offer suggestions to help improve mental health, but ultimately you are the one who controls your care. We will work as a team to find a plan that works for you. This is a collaborative, holistic approach!

What you can expect from me

Not everything will be perfect all the time, but I hope in each of our sessions you will feel heard and understood. I want you to understand that my only goal is to help you feel your best in a way that works for you.
