Great to meet you!

Life can be messy, overwhelming, and sometimes just plain difficult to navigate on your own. My goal is to provide a space where you can show up exactly as you are without pressured, or like you have to have everything figured out. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to better understand what’s going on and find a path forward that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interview. I’m naturally curious and genuinely interested in getting to know your story, your strengths, and the experiences that have shaped you. My approach is collaborative and hands-on, meaning I’ll ask questions, offer perspective, and help you build practical skills you can actually use outside of our sessions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting comfortable and seeing whether we’re a good fit. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope will be different, and how I can best support you moving forward.
