Great to meet you!

I work with children, teens, adults, and families to help them meet their goals and improve their emotional well-being. My approach is warm, creative, and client-centered—I tailor each session to fit your needs and comfort level.

As an art therapist and counselor, I believe in the healing power of creativity. Art can help you process complex emotions, build coping skills, and find hope and resilience. You don’t need to be an artist to benefit from art therapy—it's about expression and exploration, not perfection. If art isn’t your thing, that’s totally okay too! I also use traditional talk therapy approaches.

My approach to therapy

I often gravitate toward using Art Therapy, TF-CBT, DBT-informed Art Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, as they provide creative and effective ways to process emotions, integrate traumatic experiences, reframe narratives, and foster healing. I often work with clients who are exploring or pursuing emotional regulation, stress and anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and holistic wellness. We might use grounding techniques, visual journaling, guided imagery, or mindfulness-based strategies. My goal is to walk alongside you as you build a meaningful, empowered life.

What you can expect from me

I specialize in trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, identity, and self-esteem. We’ll create a personalized plan using creative and evidence-based approaches to help you feel more confident, connected, and in control. Expect a supportive space to heal, grow, and build lasting tools for well-being.
