Great to meet you!

To me, authenticity isn’t just a value — it’s the heart of my therapeutic philosophy. I believe healing unfolds when we have the courage to show up as our truest selves, even when we’re unsure of what that means. My style is honest, relational, and deeply human — blending intuition, creativity, and evidence-based approaches to help clients move toward self-understanding and wholeness.

A lifelong Texan raised in Denton, I find grounding in the rhythms of everyday life — cooking, tending to my many plants, crocheting, and spending time with my six beloved cats. I draw inspiration from community, nature, and the quiet, ordinary moments that remind me to slow down and return to curiosity.

My approach to therapy

I work primarily with neurodivergent individuals, couples, and families, as well as teens and adolescents navigating identity, self-acceptance, and change. My approach is grounded in Existential Therapy and integrates Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Jungian Psychology to meet clients where they are. I’m especially passionate about exploring generational trauma and the unconscious patterns that shape how we connect with others. Through the lens of shadow work and self-compassion, I help clients bring light to the parts of themselves they’ve learned to hide.

What you can expect from me

In session, I offer both challenge and care — creating a space where vulnerability is honored and growth feels possible. In both my life and my work, I hold close the belief that growth is not linear but cyclical — a gentle unfolding.

“The sun will rise, and we’ll try again.”
