Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, direct, and compassionate therapist who believes healing happens when people feel seen, respected, and supported without judgment. I have experience working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship stress, and burnout. I also value creating an affirming space for neurodivergent clients and those exploring identity, culture, or spirituality. My goal is to help you feel empowered, not pathologized, and to build practical tools that create real change in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches. I believe therapy should be both supportive and effective. It is about offering space to process emotions while also helping you develop insight, coping skills, healthier boundaries, and lasting patterns of growth. I meet clients where they are and work at a pace that feels safe and productive.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building trust. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re facing, your personal history, and what you hope to gain from the process. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and help identify immediate priorities. Clients often leave the first session feeling heard, clearer about next steps, and hopeful that meaningful change is possible.
