Great to meet you!

Hi there, thank you for considering me as a companion on this part of your journey.

I bring a warm, collaborative approach to therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, not just listened to. My hope is to let this be a space where your thoughts, feelings, and experiences have room to breathe before we start making sense of them together. Showing up authentically matters a lot to me, both in my own life and in this work, and I try to bring that same openness and honesty into the room so you feel safe doing the same.

I work with adults navigating stress, relationship dynamics, boundary setting, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Whether you're trying to understand a pattern that keeps repeating, process something from your past, or figure out how to build the life you actually want, I meet you where you are and help you find a path forward that feels like yours, not a one-size-fits-all.

A little about how I got here: I fell in love with psychology in high school, which led me to a bachelor's degree in the field in 2014. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in healthcare and volunteered in mental health settings, then spent time as a community-based case manager supporting people through anxiety, depression, and trauma. I became a therapy intern in 2018 and have been a licensed therapist in private practice since 2019. All these experiences have shaped how I show up with clients now: holistic, grounded, and genuinely invested in your progress.

If this sounds like the kind of support you're looking for, I'd love to talk.

My approach to therapy

My approach to the therapy process is above all person centered! This is your time and space to show up for you, not one for me to try and fit you into a box. I aim to be encouraging, supportive, flexible and explorative. And, for some structure, when it feels helpful, we can lean on approaches like CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), skills from DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting will mostly focus on background information about you and what you're hoping to get out of the therapy process. I always say you can share as much as what feels ok for you, no pressure to share it all right away!
