Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward better mental health takes courage, and you do not have to navigate it alone. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide compassionate, personalized care that honors your unique story, culture, strengths, and goals. My priority is creating a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely heard and supported. Above all, I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believes mental health care should honor each person’s individual experiences while providing the clinical expertise and compassionate support needed to help them and their families thrive.

My approach to therapy

I am a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and 15 years of healthcare experience. I provide evidence-based psychiatric care across the lifespan, with a special passion for women’s mental health, perinatal care, and children and adolescents.

My background includes obstetrics, labor and delivery, postpartum care, and school-based health and mental health services. I support patients experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, panic, PTSD, birth-related trauma, anger, stress, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.

My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and centered on the whole person—not just a diagnosis. I combine comprehensive psychiatric assessment, thoughtful medication management, therapeutic support, and my medical background to develop a plan that fits your needs and your life.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic approach incorporates mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, motivational interviewing, and positive psychology to build insight, resilience, and lasting change. Whether your care includes medication management, therapy, or both, we will make decisions together and create a plan that feels realistic and meaningful.

If you are ready to take the next step, I would be honored to support you on your journey toward greater well-being.
