I am Puerto Rican from NY/NJ and speak fluent Spanish. I identify with being a mother, woman of color/faith, gardener, make-up artist and an animal lover.

I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients, using a variety of therapeutic approaches, especially EMDR. I specialize in working with clients that have experienced trauma, codependency, those feeling “stuck” in relationships and are wanting to break disruptive patterns in their lives.
