Great to meet you!

If you have been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or mentally drained from trying to manage everything on your own, you are not alone. You may find yourself overthinking, struggling to focus, feeling low or unmotivated, or trying to keep up with daily responsibilities while feeling exhausted inside. I am a bilingual 4th-year doctoral student in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Health Psychology, currently in practicum and working under the supervision of a licensed neuropsychologist.

My approach to therapy

You do not have to figure everything out on your own. Therapy can be a space where you feel supported and more connected to yourself. I offer therapy in English and Spanish in a warm, collaborative space, using CBT and integrative, relational approaches to support anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and other mental health concerns.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out can feel like a meaningful and sometimes vulnerable step. It can also be the beginning of feeling more grounded and supported. If you have been thinking about taking that step, you are welcome to send a message and see if this feels like the right space for you.
