Great to meet you!
I am a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. My work centers on supporting adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, identity exploration, professional growth transitions, relationship difficulties, and challenging family dynamics. I also specialize in working with clients healing from complex trauma and long-standing relational wounds.
I understand that seeking therapy can feel vulnerable. My goal is to create a space that feels grounded, collaborative, and nonjudgmental—where you can safely explore both the parts of yourself that feel stuck and the parts that are ready for growth. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, questioning your direction, or struggling in important relationships, we will work together to better understand patterns, build practical tools, and foster lasting change.
For clients navigating complex trauma, our work may include gently unpacking early relational experiences, understanding attachment patterns, and building nervous system regulation skills. I approach trauma work with care and pacing, recognizing that healing is not about reliving pain but about restoring safety, agency, and integration.
