I know that many people begin therapy feeling overwhelmed or stuck in painful patterns, and I’m here to help you navigate those challenges at your own pace.
I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, family conflict, and a variety of other life challenges.
