Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in supporting adult women and teens navigating anxiety, eating disorders, and the emotional effects of early life experiences. My approach is warm, relational, and body-informed—I incorporate Brainspotting to help clients access and release deeper emotional blocks held in the nervous system. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel truly seen and supported as you move toward healing, self-trust, and lasting change!

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is relational, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships, and I strive to create a warm and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions with honesty and self-compassion. I draw from evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, attachment-based work, and emotion-focused approaches, while always honoring your pace and personal goals. Whether we’re working through anxiety, life transitions, or deeper identity work, my focus is on helping you build insight, emotional resilience, and a stronger connection to yourself.

What you can expect from me

I believe that meaningful progress starts with a strong therapeutic relationship and a clear understanding of what truly matters to each client. In our work together, I help clients identify goals that are both practical and personally meaningful—whether it's reducing anxiety, improving relationships, increasing self-compassion, or navigating life transitions with more confidence. I use a collaborative approach to goal-setting, taking time to understand each client’s values, strengths, and challenges. From there, we break down larger goals into manageable steps and use evidence-based strategies, like cognitive-behavioral tools, mindfulness, and emotional regulation techniques, to support progress. I regularly check in on goals throughout treatment, helping clients reflect on their growth, adjust as needed, and stay connected to their sense of purpose. My aim is to empower clients with insight and skills they can carry with them long after therapy ends.
