Great to meet you!

IF YOU FOUND MY PROFILE, YOU LIKELY DON'T NEED ME TO TELL YOU...

Healing from trauma, anxiety, or a nervous system stuck in survival mode is going to take more than a therapist who just smiles, nods, and passes a tissue week after week while you talk in circles.

The very fact that your search results landed you on this exact profile isn’t random.. It means you’re aching for real help with the heavy stuff—Trauma, Anxiety and a Nervous System that feels constantly fried every single week, people take to my "couch" because, when it comes to their painful past, they refuse to accept that they "Just have to learn to live" with what happened to them.

Fortunately, that's a LIE.

What is unfortunate, is that standard therapy schooling often skims over the deep complexities of PTSD, C-PTSD, and severe anxiety disorders- Let alone teach the modalities to effectively treat it.

In fact, well-meaning professionals can unknowingly cause people to take steps backward instead of forward.

The science is clear: true healing from these issues requires specialized, heavy-hitting approaches.

These are the approaches I am closely trained in as an ADVANCED CLINICAL CERTIFIED TRAUMA SPECIALIST.

Sometimes people wonder, "Whoa. Wait. Maybe the experiences causing me distress aren't 'big' enough for these sophisticated treatments?" My answer to that is simple: Your nervous system doesn’t possess a tape measure, and it doesn't read history books. It doesn't care if your past looks like a Hollywood movie or a quiet, slow-burning ache. If a memory, a relationship, or an old wound is keeping you stuck in survival mode today, it is big enough.

My approach to therapy

High-impact therapy isn't about running everyone through the same clinical script or checking boxes on a standard intake form. Exceptional care demands seeing you as a whole person, listening deeply, and building a sophisticated, customized roadmap that delivers real results. I customize treatment for your nervous system. This begins with a collaborative deep dive to truly understand you. We will map out your history, look at what your life is like right now, and explore your deepest desires for your future. Because everyone is different, we use multiple unique approaches to figure out exactly how you tick.

From there, we co-create a comprehensive plan that you can actually feel excited about. Based on what needs to be healed, we will discuss which evidence-based treatments make the most sense for your goals. For the clients I see, this often includes heavy-hitting modalities like EMDR and Attachment-Based Therapy to rewire how past trauma impacts your present.

We don't just pick the scab of your past to leave you with a raw open wound for sport- hoping that somehow makes you feel better. We use techniques deeper than simple "rehashing" the past to give you a life you love living today and tomorrow. Unleash the resilient, badass version of you that got buried under circumstances completely outside of your control. Remember: making the call to get relief is the one thing that is in your control.

What you can expect from me

First sessions can feel daunting—and honestly, just plain exhausting. There is this collective dread of, "Ugh, I have to explain my entire life from the beginning again." It feels like trying to catch a new person up on five seasons of a dark, messy reality TV show in under 60 minutes. On top of that, there is the lingering anxiety that the therapist might totally suck—whether they turn out to be a toxic positivity cheerleader who tells you to "just practice gratitude," or they end up being a blank slate who just nods and stares at you like a cardboard cutout. It’s terrifying to think you might pour your heart out only to realize you don't even like the person sitting across from you.

Let's completely bypass all of that. Seriously—you just filled out a mountain of pre-session paperwork, and I actually read the forms for all of that. I am not going to sit there and make you repeat yourself from scratch just to check standard clinical boxes.

Instead, our first session is where we map out exactly how we will combine heavy-hitting nervous system science with raw, authentic human connection. The clinical research is clear: all the sophisticated modalities in the world don't mean a thing if the therapeutic relationship isn't there. That is why I named my practice Vibe Therapy. True healing requires us to be on the same wavelength. That genuine, judgment-free resonance is the bedrock of everything we do—it is the safe container that allows us to do the deep, gritty work.

Once we establish that foundation, I hand you the keys and let you take the wheel. I know that by the time you finally click "book appointment," your cup is completely overflowing. You’ll walk away with a massive sense of release and confidence that things don't always have to be this way.
