Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a strong background in community mental health and medical social work. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to support individuals navigating a variety of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, supportive, and client-centered. I believe that everyone deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward meaningful change. I strive to meet each client where they are, recognizing that every person’s experiences and journey are unique.

Whether you are coping with a difficult life transition, processing past experiences, or seeking tools to manage everyday stressors, my goal is to help you build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and move toward a greater sense of balance and well-being. I look forward to walking alongside you as you work toward your personal goals and healing.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will get to know one another, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore your goals. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. You don’t need to have all the answers or know where to begin—we will work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
