Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, humanistic therapist who believes therapy should feel like a place where you can be yourself without judgment. I focus on building a genuine relationship with each client and finding ways to make therapy feel comfortable, engaging, and useful rather than like another place where they are being told what to do or who to be.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and warm. I believe therapy should help you better understand yourself while also giving you realistic tools you can use in everyday life. I tailor sessions to each individual and may use humor, coping skills, cognitive-behavioral strategies, solution-focused techniques, and creative based approaches depending on what works best for you!

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting comfortable, getting to know each other, and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what has been going on, what you would like to focus on, and what you hope to get out of therapy. You don’t have to have everything figured out or be ready to talk about everything right away, we’ll start where you are and work from there!
