My approach to therapy

My approach in my practice is often aimed at finding underlying causes of symptoms that my clients are experiencing and offering insight to alleviate their distress. I help my clients recognize destructive patterns and habits that can be detrimental to their functioning and explore ways to eliminate destructive patterns. I like to be direct and honest with my clients and find a fast solutions to their problems.
