Great to meet you!

I’m Mike, a a counselor who’s real, action-oriented, and here to help you take back control. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or feeling stuck in your career or relationships, I meet you where you are without judgment or fluff. My background as both a therapist and former executive recruiter gives me a unique lens into performance pressure, identity, and the stress of trying to keep it all together on the outside while struggling on the inside.

Therapy with me is about being honest, getting clear, and taking real steps toward change. If you’ve ever felt like traditional therapy didn’t quite "get you," you’re not alone. This space is different. Let’s get to the root of what’s going on and build something stronger from there.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is straightforward, supportive, and focused on results. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I meet you where you are and help you take clear, intentional steps toward where you want to be. I use practical tools and deeper emotional work to help you get unstuck, feel more in control, and start creating real change.

I pull from solution-focused therapy, CBT, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which can help shift the emotional weight tied to trauma, anxiety, or negative beliefs. I also integrate parts work when it fits the moment.

We’ll focus on what’s working, figure out what’s in your way, and tap into strengths you already have — even if you’ve lost sight of them. You won’t just be talking about change. You’ll be living it.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect clarity, support, and a clear next step. We’ll cut through the noise, get to the root of what’s holding you back, and build a plan that actually works in your real life. Whether we’re working through anxiety, trauma, or just that stuck feeling, you won’t be spinning in circles. You’ll leave sessions with tools you can use right away and a sense that you're moving forward.

My goal is for you to feel more grounded, more capable, and more connected to who you really are. Sometimes that means tackling the hard stuff directly. Other times it means slowing down and tuning into what your mind and body are trying to tell you. Either way, you’ll have someone in your corner helping you get there.
