Great to meet you!

I have been a School Counselor in a high school for the past 13 years and I also do in-home therapy as an Intensive In-Community provider for families in crisis for several years, so my specialty is certainly working with teens and adolescents, but I have been enjoying getting the opportunity to work with adults as well. More recently, I have been working with chronically ill and injured adults receiving Workers Compensation.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, focusing on strengths and positive traits, and building on the goodness each of us already has inside. I offer help in a supportive, empowering, and humorous way.

What you can expect from me

I offer quality care and confidential help to those dealing with anxiety, life changes, or any other everyday challenge. I'll work with you to set goals and achieve them!
