I recognize the importance of relational and family dynamics for the growth and emotional balance of every family member. We all live in connected systems, and I believe a healthy individual can only prosper within a healthy relational and family system. In my view, this especially applies to individuals struggling with mental health issues and addiction, where the challenges experienced by one member may affect the entire family system. I work from a collaborative perspective with a down-to-earth yet empathetic approach, supporting clients in making healthier relational choices, implementing more effective communication patterns, promoting healing and repair within family dynamics, and fostering trust both in the individual and throughout the family unit.I use a partnership approach with clients to help them better understand themselves, their patterns, values, and desires, as well as how those things connect to their broader relationships. Ultimately, I work to equip people with new tools to grow, change, and thrive.
