Great to meet you!

In 2003, I embarked on my second career as a counselor, and it has been a rewarding journey ever since. With 20+ years of clinical experience, I help clients navigate relational issues, mood disorders, depressive disorders, and various forms of anxiety.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My philosophy centers around the belief that underlying personal issues often contribute to the challenges that bring individuals to seek counseling. Recognizing this, I work closely with men, women, couples, and families to address not only conflicts within partnerships and parent-child relationships but also other areas of concern such as job stress, sleep disorders, employment struggles, and unresolved childhood issues.

What you can expect from our first session

The goal of the counseling process is to bring meaningful and lasting change in one or more areas of life. Sometimes changes can take time and may feel like it is never going to happen but I am committed to working with you to help you achieve the change that you desire.
