Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward counseling can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. For more than 17 years, I’ve helped adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, neurodivergence, and life’s challenges. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care that is personalized to your unique goals and needs. I’d be honored to help you find healing, growth, and hope through the counseling process

My approach to therapy

I believe lasting change begins with a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, understood, and respected. Every person has a unique story, so I tailor therapy to your individual goals, strengths, values, and life experiences rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

My counseling style is warm, practical, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, and strengths-based interventions while remaining flexible to meet your specific needs. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, neurodivergence, relationship concerns, or life transitions, we’ll work together to develop practical strategies that promote healing, resilience, and meaningful growth.

For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated Christian counseling, thoughtfully incorporating biblical principles alongside sound psychological practice to support both emotional and spiritual growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to counseling. We’ll explore your concerns, identify your strengths, and develop clear goals that fit your unique needs and circumstances.

You can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you’ll be heard with compassion and treated with dignity and respect. I’ll provide honest feedback, practical tools, and evidence-based guidance while encouraging you every step of the way. My goal is not only to help reduce symptoms but also to equip you with lasting skills that foster emotional health, stronger relationships, greater resilience, and long-term personal growth.

Whether you’re seeking healing from life’s challenges, navigating neurodivergence, recovering from addiction, strengthening your faith, or simply wanting to become the healthiest version of yourself, I’m committed to walking alongside you with hope, compassion, and practical support.
