Great to meet you!

Before dedicating my career to mental health, I spent over 14 years in technology, sales, and account management. I worked with everyone from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and public-sector organizations. That experience taught me the art of communication, problem-solving under pressure, and meeting people where they are — skills that directly translate into the work I do as a therapist today.

I understand the stress that comes with high expectations, demanding careers, and personal sacrifice. My transition into counseling came from a deep desire to help others navigate those same pressures without losing themselves in the process. I’ve faced life’s challenges, learned from them, and achieved my own version of A Good Life — one grounded in purpose, balance, and connection. Today, I use that lived experience to support others in finding the same.

My approach to therapy

Healing, growth, and balance are possible. My job is to help you find your way back to yourself — to uncover what’s holding you back and equip you with the tools to move forward. My work is grounded in four key values: empathy, authenticity, empowerment, and collaboration. Whether we’re addressing trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, our work together will focus on creating sustainable change and a deeper sense of well-being.

What you can expect from me

When you start therapy with me, the process begins with a simple but powerful step: conversation. Our first few sessions are about understanding your story, your challenges, and your goals. Together, we’ll identify what’s standing between you and the life you want, then develop a plan to address it.

Therapy is not about perfection — it’s about progress. You may begin noticing subtle shifts early on: better communication, less emotional heaviness, more clarity in your decisions. Over time, those shifts become lasting change. My clients often describe feeling lighter, more grounded, and more capable of handling whatever comes their way.
