Great to meet you!

I am a Dual Board Certified Family & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner that services clients across the life span. I am trained in diagnosing and treating numerous mental health disorders such as: depression, anxiety disorders, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, insomnia, psychosis, bipolar disorder, and many others. I work closely with my clients to develop a treatment plan best suited to their lives and resources.

My approach to therapy

I provide a collaborative approach by including patients in their treatment and care decisions.

What you can expect from me

It's important to me that my patients are comfortable with their treatment plan and understand the "why." Patient education is a priority for me. I want you to understand why and how a medication or therapy is beneficial for you. Although psychiatry can be unpredictable and treatments/therapies can take time, I am confident I can make a difference for you and help you get back to living your life!
