Great to meet you!

I believe that change is possible for everyone, especially when we focus on the strengths you already have. My approach is centered on helping you recognize those strengths and build from them in a way that feels realistic and empowering.

With over 20 years of experience in mental health, I support individuals in developing practical, personalized coping tools. Together, we work to understand and shift patterns that may be holding you back, creating healthier and more effective ways to move forward. I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that every person already has strengths within them — sometimes they just need help uncovering and using them more effectively.

I work collaboratively with clients, creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My style is warm, practical, and strengths-based. Rather than focusing only on what’s “wrong,” I help clients identify what’s already working in their lives and build on that foundation.

With over 20 years of experience in mental health, I specialize in helping individuals develop personalized tools to manage challenges such as stress, anxiety, and negative behavior patterns. I focus on empowering clients to recognize triggers, shift unhelpful thinking, and replace ineffective behaviors with healthier, more productive responses.

I tailor my approach to each individual, drawing from evidence-based techniques while keeping the work relatable and applicable to everyday life. My goal is not just to help clients feel better in the moment, but to equip them with lasting skills they can use independently — creating meaningful, sustainable change.

At the core of my work is a simple idea: change is always possible, and with the right tools and support, people can build the life they want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, judgment-free environment where the focus is entirely on understanding their goals, challenges, and priorities. We’ll start with a conversation to explore what brought them in, what they’d like to achieve, and any past experiences that may be relevant.

I aim to create a space that feels collaborative, supportive, and empowering—where clients feel heard, respected, and confident in the process. By the end of the session, clients typically leave with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and a clear understanding of the next steps.
