Great to meet you!

Hola, I’m Milca, or MJ! I’m a Latina Clinical Social Worker/therapist specializing in supporting teens, young adults, and adults facing challenges like anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, self harm, trauma, depression, ADHD, school/college stress, and life transitions. Using tools like CBT, mindfulness, and coping skills, I provide relatable, solution-focused support to help you feel more confident and capable.

My approach to therapy

At first, it’s all about getting to know each other. No rush. We’ll talk about what’s been bothering you and figure out how we can work together to make things better. "Todo a tu ritmo"—nothing forced, just real talk.

As a proud bilingual mom of two English and Spanish speaking teens, I value connection and resilience. Let’s work together to create a path toward healing and balance!

What you can expect from me

I’m not here to use big words. I’m here to listen, understand, and give you advice that actually makes sense. "Y si en el camino nos reímos un poco," even better. I love this work because I truly believe everyone deserves to feel understood and have the tools to handle whatever life throws at them. And like I always say, "Judgment free zone!"
