Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping individuals feel seen, heard, and supported.

I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and PTSD. I have a special interest in trauma-informed care and use approaches like EMDR to support deeper, lasting healing.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are while we work together toward meaningful and sustainable change.

Outside of my clinical work, I value mindfulness, balance, and intentional living—principles that I also integrate into the care I provide.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we address the whole person. This requires integrated clinical expertise with a holistic perspective, recognizing the importance of lifestyle, environment, and personal experiences in mental health. I aim to create a supportive and respectful environment where clients feel comfortable engaging in their care and working toward improved well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation. We’ll take time to talk about what’s been going on in your life and what led you to seek support. I’ll ask questions to better understand your needs, and together we’ll begin creating a personalized treatment plan. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and confident about next steps. If appropriate, we may explore approaches such as EMDR to support deeper healing and processing.
