Great to meet you!

I’ve spent over 20 years in mental health care supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and difficult decisions. I’m especially drawn to helping people build confidence in their own judgment and find steadier ground in seasons of change.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, always grounded in a compassionate, client-centered perspective. I see therapy as a collaborative process: we partner to explore what’s showing up in your life, and I offer tools, reflections, and support along the way.

What you can expect from me

My role is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, be honest about what you’re carrying, and move toward the changes you want to see. Whether you’re managing stress, healing from past experiences, or building healthier connections, we’ll tailor goals each session to fit your unique needs and pace.
