Great to meet you!

I am a multi-cultural therapist offering bilingual (English & Spanish) services and support to adults and adolescents who are interested in developing: increased self-awareness and understanding of life experiences that may stand in the way of reaching your life goals and aspirations. As a driven, motivated, and compassionate professional, I seek to extend support to each client through their journey toward healing, personal growth, and well-being.

My approach to therapy

At the crux of my practice, stands the goal of creating safe and empowering spaces for everyone to grow and thrive through an integrative, person-centered approach. Being a dedicated and culturally competent clinician, I am known to build a strong therapeutic alliance with each client. Through this restorative journey, clients get help developing tools to problem-solve and navigate through the many facets of life, as well as the skills to manage and regulate emotions.

What you can expect from me

Primarily drawing from psychoanalytical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, my work is significantly grounded in strengths-based approaches, and relies on the ability to form an empathetic, nonjudgmental, direct, therapeutic process with you as you navigate through your individual journey towards reaching: individual goals; fullest potential; engage in healthy and fulfilling relationships; have a deeper understanding of yourself; and create a life that is meaningful to YOU!
