Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of a private practice focused on helping people better understand themselves and their patterns. I specialize in working through anxiety, relationship challenges, and the impact of past experiences using approaches like EMDR and parts work (IFS). My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth—I believe therapy should feel approachable, not overwhelming. I’m especially passionate about helping clients break generational cycles and feel more connected to themselves and their lives. Outside of therapy, I also do speaking and community work centered around making mental health more accessible.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and insight-driven. I help clients understand the “why” behind their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also giving them practical tools they can use in everyday life. I often integrate EMDR and parts work (IFS) to support deeper healing, especially when it comes to past experiences and attachment patterns.

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up fully—without judgment—and begin to build a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself. Whether we’re processing something heavy or learning how to navigate day-to-day stress, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, clear, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where we start getting to know you—at your pace. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, without any pressure to have it all figured out.

I’ll ask some guiding questions to better understand your background and patterns, but my goal is for this to feel like a conversation, not an interrogation. Together, we’ll begin identifying areas of focus and what support might look like for you moving forward. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, understood, and a little more clear than when you walked in.
