Great to meet you!

Let's take a moment to step away and talk for a little bit. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is to give yourself permission to reconnect with ourselves and our values. So let us take take time to settle and recenter before figuring out where to take our minds next.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I originally started with victims of crime; everything from purse snatching to suicide to financial fraud to families with histories of abuse. During this time I stepped into my role as a queer and neurodivergent therapist to advocate for and empower people in my community. I held space for any and all emotions and problem solved in the most unique circumstances. This involved stepping back when my BIPOC clients were in their power and stepping up when they were up against systems of oppression.

What you can expect from our first session

During our time together, I seek to help all of my clients live authentically and purposefully. The part that I always stressed was the need get out of the cycles that keep us trapped and to create deeper, more meaningful relationships. So let's unchain ourselves from the past, accept ourselves in the present, and face the future without flinching.
