A bit about my approach to therapy

As we evolve and "grow through" life, we all have the capacity for resilience and personal authority to face change. I work collaboratively with clients to build on their inherent dignity and strengths, encouraging critical thinking and personal action as pathways to optimal well-being and mental health. By fostering resilience, I help women take charge of their lives, supporting their journey toward positive development and holistic well-being at every stage of life.

What you can expect from our first session

With empowered partnership, I view clients as experts in their lives. Through relational psychotherapy, clients explore how relationships impact their mental health and well-being. They leave sessions feeling validated, empowered to set boundaries, aligned with their values, and in tune with their intuition. Sessions foster authenticity, growth, and self-awareness. Between sessions, self-guided work is expected, as the effort clients put in shapes their progress and transformation.
