Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Milissa, a CPC licensed in NV. I specialize in supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use.

My approach to therapy

I bring warmth, curiosity, and direct communication to sessions, creating a space that is collaborative and nonjudgmental. My work integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Strength-Based, Positive Psychology, Behavior Modification, and Behavioral, tailored to what each client needs in the moment. In our work together, we'll start by understanding what brought you here, identify the patterns getting in your way, and build practical tools you can use between sessions. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel genuinely seen and equipped — therapy is collaborative, and you are the expert on your own experience.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect to develop a clearer understanding of yourself, build practical skills to manage anxiety, depression and PTSD, and feel more equipped to navigate what life brings. If you're ready to take the first step, I'd love to hear from you.
