Dr. Millicent Mbua

I hold dual board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Family Nurse Practitioner. I graduated from University of Washington with a Doctor of Nursing Practice in family and later completed psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program from the University of New Hampshire.

I specialize in providing psychiatric healthcare, medication management and psychoeducation as well as connecting clients to resources available in their communities to support their journey towards healing and optimal wellness.

I treat various psychiatric mental health disorders to include but not limited to depression, anxiety, panic Disorders, ADHD, mood disorders, psychosis, schizophrenia, trauma/PTSD, OCD, eating disorders, bipolar disorders, schizoaffective disorders. Use evidence-based treatment, individualized treatment approach and offer supportive therapy.

I am committed to partnering with clients as they navigate through the journey towards mental health wellness and walk in optimal health. I strive to provide holistic patient-centered care as well as walking along side clients while empowering them to assume control over their mental health well-being.
