Great to meet you!

Dr. Millie Otsieno is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Provider with over 20 years of experience caring for patients across three continents. She completed clinical fellowships at McLean Hospital and Boston Medical Center.

She offers compassionate, thoughtful psychiatric care for adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and related conditions. Dr. Otsieno takes time to listen, explain options clearly, and partner with each patient to create a treatment plan that fits their life and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, personalized, and focused on identifying the root causes of your concerns, not just treating symptoms. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, using evidence-based medication management and therapeutic strategies to help you achieve lasting mental wellness.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, empowered, and actively involved in your care.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on gaining a clear understanding of your concerns, symptoms, and treatment goals. I will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, including your history, current stressors, and any previous treatments or medications.

We’ll work together to identify what may be contributing to your symptoms and begin developing a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan tailored to your needs. This may include medication options, supportive strategies, and recommendations for ongoing care.

My goal is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and informed, and to begin building a collaborative plan that promotes stability, clarity, and long-term mental wellness.
