I am passionate about helping clients who are struggling with relationship issues, life transitions, grief, substance use issues, anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

I am an empathetic and caring person and will work to meet the client where they are at, while providing therapeutic interventions to help cope with life. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and family system techniques.
